Would You Like to Read Lakeside Murder Before Release?

When I visited in July, I introduced the Thursday Book Club and talked about the mysteries that inspired me. Since then, Lakeside Murder has reached an exciting stage: the first advance readers are visiting Kettle Creek.
An ARC, or advance review copy, gives readers a chance to read a book before its official release. In return, readers are invited to share a review. Reviews are what help other mystery readers decide whether a book is right for them.
Lakeside Murder is the first full-length book in the Thursday Book Club Mysteries. It follows Dot Halstead and her three longtime friends when a death inside Kettle Creek’s Historical Society looks a little too convenient. The police have an obvious suspect. Dot has a detail that doesn’t fit.
If you enjoy clean, character-driven cozy mysteries, fair-play clues, mature amateur sleuths, and small-town secrets, I would be glad to welcome you to the ARC team.
